이메일 보안문구 disclaimer 사례

비즈니스 이메일을 작성할 때 가장 마지막에 붙여야 할 보안 관련 문구가 있다. 이를 'disclaimer' 또는 '면책 고지'라고 부르는데 책임이나 연루 등에 대한 부인을 뜻한다. 이메일이 민감한 내용을 담고 있어 수신인의 목적 외 사용, 무단 유출을 방지할 필요가 있을 때 넣는 문구다. 발신인의 실수로 수신인을 잘못 지정하여 보낸 경우 즉시 삭제해줄 것을 요청하는 내용도 담고 있다.

사례는 다음과 같다. 적당한 사례를 선택하여 필요에 맞게 문구를 일부 수정하여 사용하면 된다. 문구를 넣는 위치는 이메일의 가장 마지막(끝인사 또는 네임카드 뒤)이 적절하다.

본 전자우편에 포함된 내용 및 첨부물은 상기에 명시된 특정 수신자만을 위한 것으로, 법적으로 비밀 유지가 되어야 하며, 당사의 승인 없이 양도, 배포, 복사하는 것을 엄격하게 금지합니다. 또한 본 전자우편을 잘못 수신하였다면, 발송자에게 즉시 알려주시고 본 전자우편을 영구히 삭제하여 주시기 바랍니다.

본 이메일에는 법률상 공개가 금지되거나 공개하여서는 안 되는 비밀정보가 포함되어 있을 수 있습니다. 본 이메일을 받으신 분이 해당 수신인이 아니거나 또는 본 이메일을 해당 수신인에게 전달할 책임이 있는 직원 또는 대리인이 아닌 경우, 본 이메일을 전파 또는 배포하거나 복사하는 것은 엄격히 금지되어 있습니다. 만일 본 이메일이 잘못 전송되었을 경우에는 즉시 발신인에게 알려주시고 귀하의 컴퓨터에서 본 이메일을 삭제하여 주시기 바랍니다. 이 메일의 발신인은 컴퓨터 바이러스 등으로 인하여 발생할 수 있는 문제에 대하여 책임을 부담하지 않습니다. 메일의 수신인께서도 바이러스의 존재 여부를 사전에 검사하시기 바랍니다.

상기 메일은 지정된 수신인 만을 위한 것이며 부정경쟁 방지 및 영업비밀보호에 관한 법률을 포함하여 관련 법령에 따라 보호의 대상이 되는 영업비밀, 산업기술 등을 포함하고 있을 수 있습니다. 본 문서에 포함된 정보의 전부 또는 일부를 무단으로 제삼자에게 공개, 배포, 복사 또는 사용하는 것은 엄격히 금지됩니다. 본 메일이 잘못 전송된 경우, 발신인에게 알려주시고 즉시 삭제하여 주시기 바랍니다.
